HOW TO USE YOUR HEALTH STONE GLASS

1. Pick your glass of choice. Health Stone Glass has a variety of pipes and bongs in different sizes. We have an extensive selection here. 

2. Get a cigar lighter. There are a variety of options out there, but the one we suggest (the video suggests one similar) is the Vector AMMO dual torch lighter. We also have the ARSENAL deluxe torch if you wanna toolkit. 

3. Get your oil. The Health Stone Glass is best used with oil. Other products can work, but could clog the pours of the Health Stone. You can use as little as 1/100th of a gram. For the easiest way to dispense your oil you can get a Patron dispenser. This allows you to carefully get the exact amount of oil you need without messing with dabbing tools, wasting any or leaving a mess. 

4. Carefully melt the oil into the stone. This is done before you take the dab. 

5. Heat the stone quickly and take your dab. As usual you dont tend to have to hold it in as long as you would with a green hoot. 

HOW TO CLEAN YOUR HEALTH STONE GLASS

1. After taking a dab heat around the stone. There will likely be oil that needs to be melted. 

2. Tap semi-forcefully on a flat wooden surface. Use a piece of paper to protect the table from needing to be cleaned after. 

3. Hold the Health Stone with pliers or something similar, and heat with a large torch for about 20 seconds. 

4. If there is build up on the bottom carefully use sandpaper to remove.

How often should you change the Health Stone? 

This obviously depends on how much you use it and how you use it . There is no easy answer, but if you have cleaned the bottom of the stone more than a couple times it might be time to invest in a brand new stone. We have heard of some lasting people more than a year with cleaning. 

My Health Stone looks white/ grey. Why? Do I need to change it? 

This happens with all Health Stones and does not mean it needs to be replaced.
