What currency are prices listed in?

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise displayed on the website. If currency options are available, you may select your preferred display currency at the bottom of the site. Final checkout currency will be shown before payment is completed.

I just placed an order. When will it ship?

We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1 business day.

For orders shipping within Canada, estimated delivery is typically 1–4 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Can I return my order if there is an issue?

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at vapetech.ca@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review the matter and assist you.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved in writing by us.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order before it has shipped.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. Once the package arrives, you may request a return if the item qualifies under our return policy.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at:

Include your order number and the correct shipping address.

We can only update an address before the order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed, and we are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location, the carrier, and the shipping option selected at checkout.

Within Canada, most orders arrive within 1–4 business days after shipping. Orders outside Canada may take longer and may be subject to customs processing, duties, taxes, or import fees.

Do you ship outside Canada?

Availability of international shipping may depend on the product, destination, carrier restrictions, and applicable laws. Customers are responsible for ensuring that products can be legally imported, purchased, and used in their jurisdiction.

Any customs fees, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Are your products age-restricted?

Yes. Our products are intended for adults only. By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirements in your province, territory, state, or jurisdiction.
