Returns and Refunds Policy
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

unused;

in the same condition that you received it;

in its original packaging; and

accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless you have been instructed to do so as part of a manufacturer's warranty claim.

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including but not limited to:

items that are not in their original condition;

items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; or
-
items returned more than 30 days after delivery, where an exception has been approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt of the returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take time for a refund to be officially posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be eligible for a refund. Sale, clearance, discounted, or final-sale items are not eligible for refund unless required by law or approved by us in writing.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or otherwise eligible for a replacement under our return policy.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of the approved return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a gift credit may be issued.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser and original method of payment.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless otherwise approved in writing by us.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund where applicable.
The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
